§ 1 Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all services, consultations, and the sale of products and vouchers by:

By scheduling an appointment, a service contract is concluded and the customer acknowledges these terms and conditions.
Note regarding bookings via Treatwell:
For bookings made via the Treatwell platform, the Treatwell booking conditions apply in addition to, and in some cases are mandatory. These conditions are displayed during the booking process. These terms and conditions supplement the Treatwell conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with them.
§ 2 Contract structure and formation
For bookings made through Treatwell, a dual contract structure applies:

Treatwell contract: Contract between customer and Treatwell Deutschland GmbH regarding the use of the platform and booking-related services.

Partnership Agreement: A separate service agreement between the client and Nilda Aesthetics regarding the actual treatment. This agreement is concluded upon booking and order confirmation.
For direct bookings (in the studio, by phone, via WhatsApp or via their own website), a service contract is exclusively between the customer and Nilda Aesthetics.
§ 3 Appointment Scheduling
Appointments can be arranged:
in person at the studio
by phone
via WhatsApp
via the website
via external booking platforms (Treatwell)
An appointment is considered binding once it has been confirmed.
§ 4 Cancellation Policy
For bookings made through Treatwell, only the Treatwell booking conditions apply. These generally stipulate the following:
Cancellation deadline of 24 hours before the appointment for a full refund
Binding cancellation methods: Treatwell account, link in confirmation email, directly with the partner, chat support
No statutory right of withdrawal for service contracts with a specific date (§ 312g para. 2 no. 9 BGB)
Later cancellations may be charged according to platform rules.
For direct bookings with Nilda Aesthetics:
Free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the appointment.
For cancellations less than 24 hours before the appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked treatment price will be charged.
§ 5 No-Show
In case of no-show without prior cancellation, a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the treatment price will be charged.
Nilda Aesthetics reserves the right to require a deposit for future appointments in case of repeated no-shows.
§ 6 Postponement of the date
For bookings made through Treatwell, the Treatwell booking conditions regarding rescheduling apply.
For direct bookings with Nilda Aesthetics:
A postponement is generally considered a cancellation of the originally agreed appointment.
If the appointment is rescheduled more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, it is free of charge.
If the appointment is rescheduled less than 24 hours before the start of the appointment, a cancellation fee will be charged in accordance with § 4.
A one-time short-notice postponement may be granted in individual cases as a gesture of goodwill. For repeated short-notice changes, a cancellation fee will be charged according to the cancellation policy .
There is no entitlement to goodwill.
§ 7 Delays
If the customer is late, the treatment duration may be shortened accordingly, without reducing the treatment price.
If treatment is no longer possible due to a significant delay, this shall be considered a no-show in accordance with Section 5.
§ 8 Prices and Payment
The prices valid at the time of booking apply.
For bookings via Treatwell:
Acceptable payment methods: Credit card, debit card, PayPal
Treatwell collects payment as the partner's sales representative, thus relieving the customer of their debt to the partner.
For direct bookings with Nilda Aesthetics:
Payment is made immediately after treatment in cash, by debit card or by credit card, unless otherwise agreed.
For certain treatments or spa packages, a reasonable deposit may be required.
§ 9 Treatment packages and combination treatments
For discounted treatment packages or combination treatments, the customer is obligated to make full use of the agreed services. This applies in particular to combination treatments such as HydraFacial and microneedling.
Early termination by the customer does not entitle the customer to a refund of already discounted package prices.
Individual appointments within a package are subject to the general scheduling regulations.
§ 10 Down payments for high-priced treatments
For high-priced treatments or spa packages, a reasonable deposit may be required.
The deposit will be fully credited upon completion of the project.
In case of short-notice cancellation, the deposit can be offset against the cancellation fee.
§ 11 Vouchers
Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue, unless otherwise stipulated by law.
Cash payment of the voucher value is excluded.
In the event of price increases, a difference to the current treatment price may be charged.
Gift vouchers are generally transferable unless otherwise agreed.
There is no entitlement to a replacement if a voucher is lost.
§ 12 Special Offers
Special offers are time-limited.
Promotional prices cannot be combined with other discounts or vouchers unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Subsequent crediting to already booked appointments is excluded.
§ 13 Sale of Products
In addition to cosmetic treatments, Nilda Aesthetics also offers skincare products for sale, especially products from the Reviderm brand.
The purchase agreement for products is concluded upon payment in the studio.
For hygiene reasons, opened or used products are excluded from exchange.
Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
§ 14 Treatments with technical equipment and laser treatments
Various device technologies can be used in cosmetic treatments, including in particular:
HydraFacial
Microneedling
Microdermabrasion
cosmetic ultrasound treatments
LED light therapy
chemical peels
Laser treatments
Before the treatment is carried out, the customer is informed about the procedure, possible risks and necessary aftercare.
Depending on the treatment, temporary reactions may occur, in particular:
Redness
Swelling
skin irritations
crust formation
temporary pigment changes
increased light sensitivity
These reactions are in many cases normal skin reactions and do not represent a treatment error.
Laser treatments and energy-based technologies
Additional risks may exist with laser treatments and other energy-based applications.
The customer therefore undertakes to provide complete and truthful information before treatment, in particular regarding:
existing skin diseases
Medication intake
pregnancy
recent sun exposure or visits to tanning salons
Use of retinoids or photosensitizing agents
previous aesthetic or dermatological treatments
The customer also agrees to comply with all aftercare and behavioral instructions, in particular:
consistent use of sunscreen
Avoidance of intense sun exposure
Avoid tanning beds
Avoidance of irritating substances in the treated area
If relevant information is not provided or aftercare instructions are not followed, Nilda Aesthetics accepts no liability for resulting skin reactions or treatment results, to the extent permitted by law.
Individual skin reactions or different treatment results do not constitute a treatment error.
§ 15 Customer's duty to cooperate
The customer agrees to provide truthful information regarding health limitations, allergies, or medication use prior to treatment.
If such information is omitted, Nilda Aesthetics accepts no liability for any resulting consequences.
Follow the aftercare instructions.
§ 16 Photographs and video recordings
Before/after photos can be taken to document the treatment outcome.
Publication will only occur after separate written consent from the customer.
This consent is voluntary and can be revoked at any time.
§ 17 Liability
Any liability arising from the partnership agreement must be asserted directly against Nilda Aesthetics as the partner.
Supplementary liability regulations of Nilda Aesthetics:
Nilda Aesthetics is only liable in cases of intent or gross negligence.
Nilda Aesthetics is only liable for slight negligence in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations.
Individual skin reactions or unexpected treatment results do not constitute a treatment error.
The statutory liability provisions remain unaffected.
§ 18 No promise of healing
Cosmetic treatments serve to care for the skin and improve the skin.
A specific treatment outcome cannot be guaranteed.
§ 19 Bookings via external platforms
Appointments can also be arranged via external booking platforms, especially Treatwell.
The following terms and conditions apply to appointments booked via Treatwell:
The cancellation, rebooking and payment terms of the Treatwell booking conditions
The contract structure according to § 2 of these terms and conditions
The allocation of liability according to § 17 of these terms and conditions
For appointments booked directly with Nilda Aesthetics (in the studio, by phone, via WhatsApp or via the website), only the terms and conditions and cancellation policy of Nilda Aesthetics apply.
The decisive factor is the booking method through which the appointment was originally arranged.
§ 20 Problem handling and complaints
For bookings via Treatwell:

Complaints can be submitted via the partner (Nilda Aesthetics) or Treatwell.

Goodwill gestures by Treatwell do not affect the partner's responsibility.
For all bookings:

Section 21 Data Protection
The separate privacy policy on this website applies.
§ 22 Final Provisions
German law applies.
The place of jurisdiction is – insofar as legally permissible – the registered office of Nilda Aesthetics.
Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
These terms and conditions are valid as of March 30, 2026.
